DISC

My Boss decide to put my dept thru this DISC Profiling.
Maybe she want to see who will listen to her more and dont BCC to her. :P
The person is definitely not me.

So .. what is DISC ?

Dr William Marston's theory that human behaviour was a function of the environment of the individual.

So What does D I S C stands for ?

D = Dominance
I = Influence
S = Steadiness
C = Compliance

Based on the profiling, I am High C, followed by High S.
