Spin

I think today is my 1st spin class in 2008.

Dash out of the office by 620, reach PF @ ard 635.
Ok .. not too bad.

Enjoyed the spin class ..
although some part of it was dumb ? Ask us to do some hands action ?
Ugh .. i hate to do all these !

anyway, i must appreciate whatever opportunity that I would get for spin class.
Next week confirm cannot go. =(
