2nd attempt

Yes .. my 2nd attempt at baking.

This time round is bread pudding!

how does it taste ? .........

Again it taste ok .. edible .. not fantastic .. something seems to be missing again. Dunnot what .
Seems too dry for a bread pudding.
Maybe I should have steam it instead of bake in oven?

Or is it the receipe i use? Always use simple receipe for baking idiots like me ...

Or im so idiot that even simple receipe alos cant follow well!

Never mind .. I shall practice more!
